Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork with season salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in skillet with oil.
  3. Place in 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Place sliced onion on top of pork.
  5. In a bowl mix soup, milk, and rice.
  6. Spread over top of pork and onions.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
