Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cover roast with oil.
  3. Mix together all other ingredients except salad dressing and potatoes.
  4. Rub over the roast.
  5. Place in roast pan.
  6. Spoon on salad dressing.
  7. Seal with foil.
  8. Bake for 2 hours.
  9. Add potatoes and more salad dressing if necessary.
  10. Seal again and cook 1 more hour.
