Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 lb ground pork
  • 1 whole wheat pizza dough, frozen ball
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cook and break up ground pork until no longer pink. Set aside.
  3. Add parmesan to dough and knead inches Roll pizza dough on lightly floured surface until about 12 inches around. Place on a pizza stone( or cookie sheet). Sprinkle 1/2 ranch dip over pizza.
  4. Chop up shallots and sprinkle on dough. Crumble pork over top and add rest of dip.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges brown.
