  • 14 lb ground pork
  • 1 whole wheat pizza dough, frozen ball
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing and Seasoning Mix

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cook and break up ground pork until no longer pink. Set aside.
  • Add parmesan to dough and knead inches Roll pizza dough on lightly floured surface until about 12 inches around. Place on a pizza stone( or cookie sheet). Sprinkle 1/2 ranch dip over pizza.
  • Chop up shallots and sprinkle on dough. Crumble pork over top and add rest of dip.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until edges brown.
