- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bit
- 1 cup light cream, scalded
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons brandy (or rum)
directions
- Put all ingredients in the blender and turn the switch to high speed. Blend it till the racket stops. Pour into small containers and chill three hours before serving.
