"This is a copycat recipe my girlfriend and I made. It's originally from a restaurant here in New Brunswick, called Stuff Yer Face. It's basically potato chip nachos."

 2. OMGosh.....This was yummy good, and fun! My husband LOVES chips, so, day after seeing recipe this had to be! Made it as instructed. ADDED: We added 1 chopped avocado, 1/2 each (so 2 avocados, for 4 servings) and served chopped mangoes as a side. The sweet fruit complimented this dish perfectly. :)

 3. Different, interesting, strangely addictive and delicious! Reminded me a lot of potato skins.

I've been working in foodservice for over ten years now in many different guises. I like to think that I have a very unique perspective on food since I know it from so many different angles. Ask me anything. I don't bite, unless you look like food.
