Directions

  1. Bake potatoes until done.
  2. When cool, cut in half and scoop out middles.
  3. Place shells on baking tray.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients with the scooped-out potato and mash.
  5. Heap the mixture in the shells and put a slice of cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
