"This was my Mom's recipe. It is so very easy. Sort of a sugar cookie with a twist. Warning - they go fast."

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup crushed potato chips
  • 12 cup chopped nuts

directions

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Cream the margarine, sugar and yolk.
  • Add flour, potato chips and nuts.
  • Mix well.
  • Drop by tsp.
  • on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes.

  1. What do you do when you have six half bags of different flavored potato chips from different countries? This was accumulated in a month's trip.You look for Kari's Potato Chip Cookie recipe! Yipee! It is excellent! I tripled the recipe each time I made it and also used the whole egg and a little more flour.And towards the end I was getting tired and I highly recommend the plain/cheesy/ranch flavor is excellent together.In a cookie that is!. Thanks for posting.
