1. I have made this for several bake sales and given some to friends. Raves all the way around! I also added 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Yummy!

 2. This bread is wonderful! It made the house smell great. This would make awesome sandwich bread. Although the recipe didn't call for it, I sifted the flour and the loaf came out very soft and fluffy. I also substituted about a half cup of fresh chives for the dried ones. We'll definitely make this one again!

 3. Machine settings: White, normal rise, medium crust Great sandwich bread, especially grilled cheese! I use chives or caraway seeds. Easy recipe with perfect results every time.

 4. From a misplaced Kansas Citian, (man, I miss KC), this bread was awesome. I made a loaf and then made another batch into rolls for dinner. They disappeared and the family asked for more. This will definitely be a loaf I make weekly. Thanks so much for sharing!

 5. Loved it, I made it twice this week. One batch we ate, the other I used the dough cycle and then divided the dough in two and froze for easy dinner nights for DH while I work. Everyone loved this, very flavorful and smells great while cooking. The only thing I changed was I used fresh chives while I had them. Thanks for sharing

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
