Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 34 cup butter, melted
  • 34 cup bacon (fried crispy brown and crumbled)
  • 12 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, Spinach, crispy crumble bacon, green onion, Alfredo sauce and crumbled goat cheese; stir well. Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Crunch cereal and stir in remaining butter Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Garnish parsley.
