Directions

  1. Make the powdered mashed potato as on the box then add the eggs a 2 tbsp of parmesan.
  2. Process the ham with the scamorza and the herbs to make a paste.
  3. Line an 18cm springform cake tin with some baking paper and pour in half the potato mixture. Place the ham mixture on top and distribute evenly.
  4. Pour the rest of the potato mix on top of that and dust the top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  5. bake in a pre heared oven 180C for about 30 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
