"Mix and cook right in the casserole dish - the ultimate one dish dinner. Just threw some on hand stuff together and it's pretty flavorful without additional salt and pepper. At least to me. Enjoy!"

First recipe I posted is my (famous!) Spicy Ham Slice/Steak. I've impressed friends with this recipe and happily shared it with them. Even brought it in a baggie to a friend in need so she could just pop it in the oven for a quick, terrific dinner. I'm a simple cook with relatively simple tastes. This ham slice is about as fancy as I get. Orlando native; I like one-dish dinners and I love ballroom dancing! And my remaining cat, 12 year old Furt (long story behind her name).
