Directions

  1. Make batter as listed above.
  2. Mix batter with the mashed potatoes, make a mashed potato batch, of 10-12 potatoes.
  3. Put 1 teaspoons of butter in large frying pan set on low heat.
  4. Drop in small spoonful amounts of mixture into frying pan.
  5. Cook potato pancakes on low heat, on both sides until a golden brown.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
