  1. Place blade in bowl; process onion until finely chopped.
  2. Place beater accessory in bowl; add eggs and beat.
  3. Place disc, shred side up, in bowl, shred potatoes.
  4. Replace blade in bowl; add flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Process to blend well.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet; spoon 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of potato mixture into skillet for each pancake.
  7. Brown on both sides.
  8. Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
