potato-sausage casserole

"This recipe is easy to make and very good! My mom used to make it when my sister and I were little and we had little to no money. We called it our "middle of the pay-period" dish since its really easy to make and the ingredients were usually on-hand."

I'm 23, married, no kids or animals yet! I absolutely love to cook and bake, which is good for my husband because he loves to eat! I work at a deli for the time being, and trying to find a culinary school nearby with no luck!
