- 1 medium potato (small cubes)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (chopped)
- 2 -3 cups chicken broth
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cornstarch
directions
- Cut all the vegetables according to the slices required (see ingredients).
- In a boiling water or chicken broth, put the potatoes until tender.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then add the celery and carrots.
- Get a little hot water to dissolve the cornstarch, then pour on the mixture.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve hot.

I love cooking and I want to hear from other cooks around the world.Vegetables in China are very cheap and I want to learn how to cook vegetables in many ways.I wanted to learn from others how to cook food that needs simple recipes because the city where I live here is not very big and I cant find some ingredients that I need. To get the butter, some species, cheese and cream, I have to travel 6 hours.Huhuhu.....I just wnat to have food with ingredients that I can find right away.
