  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix meat, stuffing mix and water; press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until done.
  • Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes, stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in parsley. Scoop over meatloaves. Serve with gravy.
  • SPECIAL EXTRA: For more flavor add 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce to meat mixture before pressing into muffin cups as directed.

  1. I made this last night and used Loaded Potato instant mashed potatoes. I also put the mini loaves back in the oven once I topped them with potatoes so they were a little crunchy on top. It was very good! Great easy idea!
     
  2. I made this last night. My recipe called for a-1 (2 Tbs) in meat mixture. Ketchup or bbq sauce would be fine too. I used 80/20 b/c i was skeptical on them being moist. To my surprise these little loaves were super moist and so easy to make. I used a packet of brown gravy and instant potatoes. Served with green beans and garlic bread. Will definitely make again!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
