  1. Preheat oven at 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Cut the potatoes in 6-8 large pieces.
  4. place them in a large bowl.
  5. Chop the garlic finely.
  6. add the garlic in the bowl along with the salt, the pepper, the lemon, the oregano and the olive oil.
  7. Mix properly till the seasoning goes everywhere.
  8. Add in a tray large enough for the potatoes not to overlap.
  9. Place tray in the oven and roast for about 1 hour while stirring every 15 minutes.
  10. The potatoes are done if you pierce one with a fork and it falls of the fork.
