"A unique cake-the batter will be gooey, as the title describes. It's so yummy though and my family asks for it all the time! And it disappears at potlucks! Add a little fruit to top it off with if you'd like."

ingredients

1st layer
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
¹⁄₂ cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2nd layer
3 ¹⁄₂ cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

Mix "1st layer" ingredients and spread into buttered 9x13" cake pan. Note: This mixture will be very gooey, and will not pour out. You have to use a mixer and you have to spoon it out.
Then mix together "2nd layer" ingredients and pour over first mixture. Bake at 350º till golden brown, approximately 35-40 minutes.
