Directions

  1. Saute chicken in butter until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, curry powder and saffron. Saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk or broth, thyme, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve.
