"This is one of my mothers favorite recipes, we didn't eat much poultry but this recipe allowed for many changes amongst ingredients."

ingredients

  • 1 hen, cooked and boned (I use chicken normally)
  • 1 12 cups chopped celery
  • 1 12 cups diced cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 -5 cups Ritz crackers
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts

directions

  • Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

I love to cook, I recently joined the SDA church so I am learning some new things with tofu and vegan/vegetarian recipes. I grew up in a med. size home where my mother taught me to cook, mostly with beef. I hope you enjoy the recipes and find them useful.
