Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 hen, cooked and boned (I use chicken normally)
  • 1 12 cups chopped celery
  • 1 12 cups diced cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 -5 cups Ritz crackers
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
