  1. Lightly toast almonds. Add to oatmeal, wheat germ. In a small bowl mix honey, spices and vanilla. Toss with oat mixture to coat. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool and add dried fruit. After cooling, keep in tupperware or lidded mason jar and enjoy with milk.
