- 2 handfuls blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of any flavored yogurt
- half a cup milk
directions
- Add 1 handfull of Blue berries to blender.
- Cut both strawberries and add to blender.
- Cut banana in pieces and add to blender.
- Add half a cup of milk.
- Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
- Add the remaining amount of blue berries.
