I used the quick cooking and have never tried it with the old fashioned oats. She topped it with peanut butter for the protein.   1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Cook over medium heat on stove until you see bubbles or can tell that it has cooked over halfway through.
  4. Flip and cook the other side until done.
