  • (Over night) Marinade.
  • 2 Chive greens sliced.
  • 1tsp Vegetable oil.
  • 1tsp Vinegar.
  • 1tsp Minced garlic.
  • 1 Cup water.
  • 2lbs. Pork.
  • Add all ingrediants in large zip lock bag or air tight container,.
  • refrigerate over night.

  • Add 1 can drained hominy, pork shoulder, 24 ounces water, and marinade mix into crock pot or large pan.
  • Bring to a simmer for 4 to 6 hours in covered pot, add salt to tast.
  • Cilantro optional.
