Praline Chicken Tenders

ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 4 teaspoons butter, divided
- 1 1⁄2 cups maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup dark rum
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
- Melt 1 tsp butter in non-stick skillet.
- Lightly brown chicken tenders and then remove to shallow baking pan.
- Melt remaining butter in saucepan, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Roast at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, basting often.
- Serve warm.
