Questions & Replies

 1. I have tried to make this recipe several times and the muffins will not release from the tin. I have used metal muffin tins with a coating of butter flavoured canola oil spray. Any advice anyone can give will be appreciated.

 1. I tried these at a luncheon and was bowled over! I've made them three times in one week - my husband and I can't go by them without grabbing a handful! I'll have to make another batch to give away for Christmas treats! So easy to make, this is now my favorite "everything on hand" recipe! Ann Morits - Tomahawk WI

 2. These mini muffins are so good. I used unsalted butter and cooked them 20 minutes like described. They are perfect. Thanks Bonnie. Made for PAC Spring 2009

 3. Soooo Good!!!! I was in the middle of making them and found I was out of pecans so I used walnuts. They came out great. Very moist and yummy!

Both turned out good.
We have two grown children and two granddaughters.

We also love camping and try to go often. My husband loves fishing and hunting so we have alot of fish and venison and the freezer.

I love Zaar and visit the site almost every day. I really love it when I get a good review on one of my recipes. I just wish members would alow zaar mail fo I could thank them for the review.
