  1. Mix all together except crusts and topping.
  2. Preheat oven @ 425°F.
  3. Bring mixture to a 2 bubble simmer.
  4. Line baking tin with pie dough keeping scraps to be top pieces. (4 small 4"x5" pies).
  5. Spray tin with non stick butter flavor oil.
  6. Bake @ 425 F for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375 F for last 15-20 minutes.
  7. Set aside to cool 30 minutes and put into refrigerator before removing from bake tin.
  8. Optional: 1/2 quanity rhubarb and 1/2 quanity other fruit fillings. (strawberrys).
