Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 red chili (deseeded and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 450 g king prawns (pre cooked)
  • 300 g mangoes (2 medium peeled and diced)
  • 150 g mixed salad greens
  • 1 pointed sweet red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
  • 200 g cucumbers (sliced)
  • 4 spring onions (trimmed and sliced)

Directions

  1. Whizz chilli, lime juice, honey on blender to make dressing. Season and mix with half of the prawns cover and chill for 20minutes.
  2. Make salad by tossing all other ingredients in a bowl adding the prawns and dressing on the top.
