  • In oil roast the sliced onions, dry coconut and garlic cloves. Cool and make a paste. Keep aside.
  • In oil fry chopped onions till soft , add the prawns a keep stirring for few minutes.
  • Add water ,Tumeric powder, Red Chilly Powder and Garam Masala.
  • Keep cooking till the prawns are nearly cooked.
  • Add the coconut paste , salt and mix well.
  • Keeping mixing and cooking till the masala covers the prawns.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with white rice or parathas.
