Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups finely crushed pretzels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  3. Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed.
  4. Place in a lightly greased baking pan.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
