1. very good! my boyfriend suggested seasoning the chicken beforehand and using pre cooked bacon instead of ham. i thought it was good as it though :P

 2. This was tasty. I enjoy crushed pretzels as a coating for meat; it's nice and sturdy and doesn't get soggy. The flavors of the ham, mustard and pretzels complimented each other nicely. I will probably make this again. The only negative comment came from The Picky One (where the negative comments always come from), who said it was a little bland. I told him to add some salt. :)

I lived in Western NY all my life. I love collecting cookbooks and recipes. My favorite cookbooks are the stuffed cougar from richmond, VA and southern living. I love to pick up cookbooks in different areas of the country especially ones put together from homecooks like the fundraiser type. I love to try the recipes that you submit and really thank you all so much for making me a pretty decent cook. I submit recipes i find new, unusual, special...not always on the website so they may look more different then my reviewed recipes... but they are alllll good. give them a try!!!!
