  1. Over medium heat dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add butter to pan of bouillon water mixing well until completely melted. Continue stirring in flour and Half-and-Half until starting to thicken. Once thickening occurs stir in finely chopped cheese. Continue to stir until cheese and mixture are well blended together.
  2. Serve over noodles or rice.
