Ingredients Nutrition
- 1⁄4 cup palm sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons coconut flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix palm sugar, melted butter, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix in the egg.
- Sift in coconut flour and mix well.
- Set dough in fridge for 10 minutes to set. Lightly butter a glass baking dish.
- Roll dough into 1" balls. Set balls in dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let donut holes cool and then roll in more palm sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, coconut, etc.
