Primavera Fish Fillets

- 1 large carrot, cut into matchstick-thin strips
- 2 stalks celery, cut into matchstick-thin strips
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chablis or 2 tablespoons other dry white wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- generous dash pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb firm white fish fillet (cod, haddock or halibut)
directions
- In medium skillet mix carrot, celery, onion, water, wine, thyme and pepper. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soup. Over medium heat, heat to a boil.
- Place fish in soup mixture. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
