  • 12 cup textured vegetable protein
  • 12 cup frozen edamame
  • 12 cup egg white
  • 1 tablespoon dulse seaweed

  • Boil some water and put over the TVP. Let soak 10 minutes. Add edamame, egg white, and dulse. Microwave 1.5 minutes on high. Let cool. Serve with a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
