- 1⁄2 cup textured vegetable protein
- 1⁄2 cup frozen edamame
- 1⁄2 cup egg white
- 1 tablespoon dulse seaweed
directions
- Boil some water and put over the TVP. Let soak 10 minutes. Add edamame, egg white, and dulse. Microwave 1.5 minutes on high. Let cool. Serve with a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
