  1. This recipe was just okay for me. I think i added too much cinnamon to my apples which skewed the flavor.
     
  2. This is my new favorite snack!! I have always just mixed cottage cheese and fiber one, and I love apples so I knew I had to try this. I had it without raisins. I thought it would take longer for the apple to soften but it was perfect! It was a great mixture of cold, hot, creamy, crunchy, sweet, salty... and healthy to boot!
