  1. My cookies didnt spread at all on the cookie sheet. I had to actually form a cookie shape to resemble something esthetically pleasing. The taste was boring; only the chocolate chips I added give it a small perk. Also, the oil in the peanut butter prevented my chips from mixing into the batter. I doubled this recipe and I dont know what im going to do with all these cookies. I would NOT make this recipe again.

  2. Very good. I add sunflower seeds, flax, wheat germ and raisins sometimes. My kids like this too.

  3. These are incredible!! I was looking for an after-nap snack for my active toddler and this is perfect! She LOVES them. I wanted something healthy, filling, and with a good amount of protein since we are vegetarians. Two things; the recipe made a LOT of cookies, so make sure you have some baking time. But the good thing is that they freeze wonderfully. I would just thaw one or two out in the microwave, give her some milk and she was good till dinner!

  4. Quite good. Made these y'day and we had lots of people come over y'day, all of whom had this in the evening as an evening snack.

I am married with 3 sons and two spoiled female dogs. My mother worked as a cook her entire life. I learned as a child, standing on a chair next to her trying to take in each detail of what she was doing and anticipating the outcome. I have worked as a cook for the schools and now I volunteer for our youth and children's camps as a cook in the Summer. These days, I look for healthier recipes for my family and nothing too fancy.
