- 1 cup brewed coffee (hot or cold)
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt (refrigerated or frozen)
directions
- Blend all ingredients with blender and serve.

This was just o.k. for me and mostly because I used the plain yogurt. I should have taken your suggestion for using flavored yogurt. I added 1 packet of MochaFlavored Splenda but it still wasn't just right. A somewhat bitter taste that I"m sure came from the yogurt. I used double chocolate flavored whey protein powder~ Sorry I can't give it more stars.
