- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 dash your choice spices
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste
directions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.
- Separate the ground turkey into four portions and shape them around the hard-boiled eggs.
- Coat the meatballs in egg and then dip them in flour.
- Heat the oil on a sauce pan and fry the meatballs for about five minutes or until they appear cooked.
