Psycedmom's Hearty Pasta Sauce

"This is a thick, hearty sauce, serve it with a pasta that can stand up to it! The longer it simmers the better the flavor will be. While this sauce is good served immediately after cooking, refrigerating it for a day or two before serving makes it even better."
