- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 7⁄8 ounces onion soup mix
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (18 ounce) jars beef gravy
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
directions
- Mix egg into milk in a large mixing bowl. Add meats, celery salt, onion soup, bread crumbs, ketchup and steak sauce and mix well. Shape mixture into balls. Place in large skillet with about 1/2 inch of water. Cover and cook until browned.
- In a crock pot, mix together gravy, sour cream and mushroom soup. Add meatballs and cook for at least 2 hours, but can be left all day.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
