Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Puree chutney until smooth.
  3. Mix in the cheddar (or whichever cheese you choose).
  4. Spoon mixture onto the toasts and arrange them on baking sheet.
  5. Bake about 5 mins, just until warmed through.
  6. Arrange on serving tray and garnish with a little mint or cilantro.
  7. Do serve as soon as they come out of the oven.
