Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for crust, mixing until crumbly.
  2. Press firmly into greased 8" (20 cm) square cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 15- 20 minutes or until light golden.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together topping ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes longer or until set.
  7. Cool in pan on rack, then cut into squares.
  8. Makes about 30 squares.
