ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (21 ounce) bottle of hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2 -3 lbs pork shoulder, country style ribs boneless

directions

  • Trim fat from Pork.
  • Put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the Crockpot and stack evenly.
  • Add Salt and Pepper to Pork.
  • Slice Onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of Pork.
  • Pour in favorite BBQ sauce (20 - 21 oz).
  • Fill BBQ sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in Crock Pot.
  • Ad 1 Tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.
  • Cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
