  • Place pork butt in crock pot.
  • Mix and stir next 7 ingredients in pan. Pour over pork butt.
  • Put lid on crock pot, cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove pork butt, put on cutting board, tent loosely w/aluminum foil.
  • Put liquid from crock pot into pan, heat to a boil.
  • Mix cornstarch & water, stir into liquid, stirring constantly, until liquid thickens.
  • Remove pan from heat.
  • Pull apart pork butt with 2 forks, return to crock pot.
  • Add desired amount of liquid (now called BBQ sauce) to crock pot.Toss to coat.
  • Lightly toast buns (if desired).
  • Place heaping amount of pulled pork on buns, add BBQ sauce.
  • Top with cole slaw.
  • ENJOY!
