Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
  3. In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins and beat at low speed until moistened.
  4. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  6. In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
