  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin into eggs and set aside.
  3. In a second bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture and mix slightly.
  5. Pour in ungreased 15x10x1 inch pan and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
  6. For the icing, beat the cream cheese until soft.
  7. Add the butter and vanilla.
  8. Add icing sugar until icing is desired consistency.
  9. Spread on cooled cake.
