Directions

  1. Mix together the following: pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, water and sugar
  2. In a separate bowl mix together: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
  3. Combine the two mixtures together.
  4. Divide the batter into: 3 -7x3 pans or 2-4x8 pans.
  5. Bake for 55 minutes at 350.
