Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil and cold water.
  3. Sift together sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour into two greased bread pans.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for one hour.
