Pumpkin Bread-A Little Lighter

"I got a Pumpkin Bread Recipie from here, and I made a few modifications to make it a little bit healthier."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, applesauce, and eggs.
  • Add pumpkin and mix well.
  • Combine dry ingredients, then add to the pumpkin mix alternating with the 1/2 cup of Water.
  • Pour into greased loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes if using two loaf pans. If using mini loaf pans bake for 25-30 minutes. Bake until bread tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing bread and placing on wire racks.
